How We Protect Your Data

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security by requiring a code from your phone in addition to your password.

Setting Up 2FA

   Download an authenticator app

   We recommend Google Authenticator (iOS/Android) or Authy

   Go to Security Settings

   In your dashboard, click on your profile and select "Security"

   Scan the QR code

   Use your authenticator app to scan the QR code displayed

   Enter the 6-digit code

   Type the code shown in your app to confirm setup

   Save your recovery codes

   Store these codes safely - you'll need them if you lose your phone

Password Security Tips

• Use at least 12 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols
• Don't reuse passwords from other sites
• Consider using a password manager like 1Password or Bitwarden
• Never share your password with anyone, including us

Your Privacy Rights

Under Australian privacy law, you have the right to:

• Access - Request a copy of all personal information we hold about you
• Correction - Ask us to correct any inaccurate information
• Deletion - Request deletion of your data (subject to legal requirements)
• Opt-out - Unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time
